Laura Hansen, Managing Director,
From 2003 to 2013, Ms. Hansen served as Director of the City Life Program for The J. M. Kaplan Fund where she was responsible for awarding grants to non-profit organizations working to improve the common infrastructure of public life:  the parks, waterfronts, plazas, and streets of New York City.  As a co-founder of Place Matters (a project of the Municipal Art Society and City Lore), Ms. Hansen helped pioneer a multi-disciplinary approach to documenting and preserving the city’s cultural landscape.

Cheryl Tse, Director of Operations,
Prior to joining NPP in 2014, Cheryl was at the 82nd Street Partnership as a project consultant to manage the expansion of the business improvement district. Previously, she had studied at University of Hong Kong for a M.Sc. in Urban Planning and worked in management consulting at ARUP. She was also in the 2014 cohort of the Neighborhood Leadership program at Coro New York.

Dorothy Le, Director of Capacity Building,
Prior to joining NPP in 2015, she was a Senior Transportation Planner at Rutgers University and Planning and Policy Director for Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition. She holds a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the Bloustein School at Rutgers University and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from UCLA.
